We aim to get your Inkblox kit into your hands as quickly as possible.
Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Within the Netherlands & EU: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (depending on local postal services and customs)
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs clearance, postal delays, or peak seasonal demand.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination. Any applicable customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email (if tracking is available for your region).
Returns & Refunds
Returns
You may return your product within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. To start a return, please contact us at hi@inkblox.com with your order number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please email us at hi@inkblox.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the damaged item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, partially used kits, paints, rollers, or other opened consumables cannot be returned.
Shipping Costs on Returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at hi@inkblox.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
